About

I started running 3 years ago. It changed everything.

I've run 12 ultramarathons in 3 years. Four 100-milers, a 250-mile race, a 12-hour race, and a handful of 50Ks and 50-milers. Won a few of them. Finished all of them. Picked it up in my mid-twenties with zero background in running.

Every race taught me something about what I was actually capable of. The more I pushed physically, the clearer everything else got. Who I was, what I wanted, what needed to change.
